Best pub I have ever been to.
Went to the pub around 4pm. They have a happy hour too.
Arnus, the bartender is really friendly and has a good knowledge about cocktails. Suggested me excellent cocktails. Probably the best and the friendliest pub I have ever been too.

I wouldn’t advise the chicken burger as tough as old boots but the husbands scampi was great . Chole was the best server , hade us feel at home and kept the drink flowing

Chloe was amazing!! On an extremely busy night, she, Callum and Kobi juggled multiple customers and did it all with a smile and at a tremendous pace! Will definitely be coming back, thanks entirely to Chloe (though the great food and drinks help too). Thank you for your hard work Chloe!!

Had a beer halfway through our cycle and was really impressed with the service, especially the girl in the tartan miniskirt (sorry didn't get her name). I would definitely go back.

Very chill cozy pub with plenty of drink and food options. They have 2-4-1 specials in the evenings (£12 for both cocktails when you order two of the same kind).
There’s a terrace so makes it for a lovely spot on sunny or warmer days. We tried multiple cocktails and couldn’t point just one as a recommendation, they all were pretty great to be part of an offer, so I’d recommend for some drinks and snacks!

A lovely "hello" as we walked in, and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Had dinner for 4, the food was really good, but the portions could have been slightly more generous.Great value for money though.
Service faultless, and the atmosphere fabulous. We all really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice pub which is always busy on a Sunday especially if it's sunny! They let you sit outside with plastic cups but there aren't loads of places to sit (they're happy for you to sit on the floor). Think probably more of a council issue than the pub. Drinks are reasonable for London during their happy hours

The Birdcage is located on Columbia Road and is perched at the end of a picturesque row of Victorian shops. This road is famous for the Sunday flower market which is definitely worth a visit. Getting here is easy, Hoxton overground station is just a five minute walk away.

This pub is very easy on the eye, the beautiful glazed emerald green tiles add a touch of Victorian glamour to this building.

The bar area is laid out in and L shape and the pub does feels quite spacious. The tall windows bathe this pub in light making the ambience bright and airy. The elegant servery is clad in solid wood, the columns are a nice feature but slightly hinder being served. At the back left side is a traditional fireplace with an old Joanna to the right.

This is a Brewdog pub so the beer choice is full of their in house brews on draft, in cans and bottles. I had a pint of Lost Lager which I’ve had before, it’s an ok pint but expensive considering its an own brand brew. If you’re hungry there is a full menu of pub classics, wings, burgers and roasts are available on a Sunday. Fish and Chips costs £15 which is average price for London.

I arrived around 3pm on a Saturday and it was fairly busy and there was a nice buzz around the place. If you’re visiting the flower market on a Sunday be warned it can get absolutely rammed in here.

The Birdcage is undoubtedly a very attractive pub and will appeal to a younger audience. The price point makes this an expensive place to have a pint. Worth a visit as part of a crawl of the area.
