The food was nice for its price and the people that work there were very friendly so that was great the only downside was that it was very humid inside

The original and still the best. The chef here knows how to grill the meats, perfectly grilled with char marks and not burnt like others.
Cash only though, so be prepared.

Please get that young tall man a wife , his so creepy ! Every time I come there with my girlfriend he is over watching her makes her uncomfortable!! Don’t be surprised if you suffer ‘racism’ in there ! And I’ve been going there for over 17years , I grew up in the Borough so I know what I’m talking about !

You can’t go wrong if you are craving that delicious doner kebab!
The doners here are delicious and the salads are always fresh!
I normally eat the doner wrap - but as I am on Keto diet I have asked them for only chicken doner & salad. Portion was amazing and they were very generous with the meat ( is very rare in our days to get such a great portion) and I pay less than £10 for my meal - another rarity in our days in London.
The meat is very tender and melts in your mouth, ps: if you get there pass to 8pm you might not get a change to have lamb doner as this always finish first as it very popular.
Definitely returning very soon!!!

Let's be real, you don't go to Gourmet for atmosphere. It's their matchless food that attracts customer. Their grilled chicken, humus, shawarma are the best in South West London. Small shop but excellent taste. Prices are nit bad either.

Without doubt one of the best shawarma takeaways in London. If you're passing by, go in. You won't be disappointed. Everything about Gourmet and their shawarma is to rave about. The portion and flavour is spot on. Please branch out and open some more places. Chilli sauce salad boss!

Decent joint, does the job when in need of a “kebab fix”. Chicken shawarma meal is highly recommended. The lamb is a bit... lamby, let’s just say!
