Terrible customer service! Then when I go to order a two scope regular sundae I get kid scopes for what I asked. Like come on, the ice cream is pricey as it is. At least give me what I'm paying for!

I've been buying banana splits since they opened this store in Lompoc. Today a banana split gets one teaspoon of topping on each scoop. The girls charged me 99 cents for each topping because I complained

Customer Service is OK . I just have noticed that the scoops of ice cream are much smaller than they used to be but they are charging more!!

Horrible spot I rather drive out of town to get ice cream than to deal with their poor customer service. They told my 3 year old she could not eat her ice cream u til she got outside and as parents you know how frustrating it can be and how it takes away from their excitement that comes with the whole experience. Do not shop here save your money places is really pricey too $1 for 12 sprinkles and a $1 for 6 gummy bears. Ridiculous!

Went in to get my mom and dad their scoops and tried some samples of new things. I'd recommend the baseball nut and the pecan and pralines flavors!! The staff was very helpful and very nice experience!

not worth the attitude and then when you tell whoever was working there at 4–29-2022 @5:30 pm that she accidentally forgot some thing and you say it in a nice tone she gets mad and brakes your straw on purpose and refuses to give you another she was blatantly disrespectful there were two females working there it wasn’t the lady that was wearing black I didn’t get the rude ones name but I suggest management or whoever to look at the cameras for that day and see which employee it was because it was beyond disrespectful and I usually don’t complain about things literally at all but I had to say something because I’m sure it’s happening to other people it was my first time going there and I’m never going back and I will be sure to tell anyone I know not to go there either I should’ve went to McDonald’s and dealt with the ignorant drive thru

Impressive ice cream. Always JUST the right temperature. Not too cold. Rich, creamy flavors too. They're not diluted so you'll order huge servings. A single scoop is plenty for a big eater.
