Bojangles

Specifically told them no gravy on two orders of mashed potatoes. Was ordering food for an employee who was on his way from a job and would not have time to cook dinner when he got home. Met up with my employee to find that they had put pork gravy on the mashed potatoes and by the time we got there (9:30 p.m.) they were already closed. It was a simple request and a simple order yet they still continuously get it wrong and do what they want to do

I'll give it 3 stars because the food is decent, but the lady at the drive-thru is extremely rude and obnoxious to boot. I get it, working at fast food isn't very rewarding, but you only make it harder on yourself if you choose to be rude to the customers. Because some of them, present company included, won't tolerate the disrespect and will return it in kind. So in closing if you can let the bad customer service roll off of your back the food has always been fresh, so by all means give it a go. But if you've had a particularly bad day and/or just don't want to deal with someone like that then I suggest skipping this location.

Not even trying. Indoor is closed and drive thru is sloooooow! Finally make it to window and see ome person very slowly assembling orders, one at window with another just standing there. Fourth workers just walking around...when not giving the bird to the guy standing at window doing nothing. No straws given...drink was flat anyway. No fork or spoon and no napkins given. On top of that the chicken wasn't Bojangos good. It was either over cooked or had been under the light a long long time. Like I said... they aren't even trying.
