Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I had a sausage sandwich with a side of waffle fries and potato salad and pecan pie. The sandwich was tasty but it was basically only sausage. Some grilled veggies like bell peppers would have been nice. The nice thing is that they offer barbecue sauce in a variety. However, if one isn't a meat eater it is hard to eat here. The pecan pie was tasty, but was cold. It would have been nice if it had been slightly warmed up.

Update 1/15/22: I came back here and the food was delicious and smelled freaken awesome. They have sandwiches, ribs, and other delicious meats. Great food. Original 2019 4-Star Review: The food was good, you tell them what you want and you have your food like a minute later. They have cool cups, which I forgot to take a pic of. They also give you free ice cream for desert with every plate. Over all it was a good restaurant, honestly don’t have any complaints.

Husband ordered about $27 worth of food from the app to be delivered. Waited over an hour and a half and tried to call half a dozen times. Food never came. Tried to reach out through the contact page, phone number, Facebook, and Instagram just to be ghosted. Super annoyed to be ripped off that much and it looks like we aren’t the first ones.

We ordered a pick up for 14 people and were told it would be an hour for our food, which was understandable. When the person went to pick up our food, Dickey's canceled our order. I called them and asked them why it was canceled. They said they ran out of meat. I then asked if they were out of meat when they accepted the order, they said yes. I asked them why they accepted our order, then waited an hour until it was time to be picked up before we were told they could not fulfill our order. They said 'I don't know'. Awful management!!
