Panera Bread

Every time we go here something is wrong with our order. Whether they make something wrong or they forget to put an item in our bag it is near impossible to get a refund or have it rectified. The night management has not been helpful in the past. We haven't been there in months and went for the first time today. My daughters macn cheese was cold. Seriously cold. She had to heat it up herself. I love their food but this Panera is literally one of the worst I have ever been to. Do not recommend.

Drive thru & I believe Management!! Very rude. I simply asked if they had asked me to wait or were they waiting for me to place my order? I wasn’t sure and in case they were waiting for me to speak, I thought I would nicely inquire, which I did. Whomever responded was RUDE & Condescending telling me in a very sharp tone, “We’ll be with you in one moment miss” as if I was complaining that I had to wait. I wasn’t and I sincerely DO NOT APPRECIATE the rudeness on the part of this individual!! I was simply making certain I heard them correctly in the 1st place!! When her condescending self came back and asked me what I wanted to order, at that point I was so insulted by her behavior, I had decided to not order. The glee and patronizing tone she used after that further was infuriating!! This Panera is SINCERELY the SLOWEST Panera ever and I know that this particular business requires a little extra patience, which I am willing to give, but when treated with such rudeness when I was asking a simple clarifying question is again, UNACCEPTABLE!!

Our “steak” panini sandwiches had the saddest amount of meat in them and everything else, it was basically just bread. My chicken noodle soup was basically just chicken broth, the photo below is after I mixed it after having thought that the contents sunk to the bottom…I was wrong. The line moved so slow, it took forever to get our food and by the time we did and got to eating our food, it was cold. The mac and cheese was really good, so I guess they got that right. My husband also enjoyed his cream of broccoli soup. Overall, its way too pricey for what you get.

I only think I would return to Panera is if it was a fundraiser as I did today. I feel the portion sizes are WAY too small for the prices they charge. For the amount I paid today for 2 kids meals and 2 pick twos I could have gotten a LOT more food at other restaurants. Like for instance we ordered the Steak and Cheese kids sandwich and the "cheese" in the name wasn't even in stock so he just had steak on bread. For over $7 there needed to be more than what's in my attached picture. The food overall tasted good, just not worth the price.

I’v been couple times in this location and every time I was not happy with sandwiches. I thought maybe every Panera Bread is cutting portions n food quality, but I guess no, only this location..Last week I went to Orland Park location, ordered Cuban sandwich and it was delicious and right size. Today I ordered same thing from this location, and COME ON, ARE SERIOUS?! Its one bite sandwich, plus meat tasted dry, old.. Im done giving chances to this location 👎

The food is decent, though a bit overpriced for what it is. Typically service is fair, though the past few times I have been there, several items have been missing from my order. Once, I was offered a Panera coupon in exchange for my troubles, though it expired before I was able to even use it. My most recent visit, I was missing all of the sides from every meal, as well as a bagel from the half-dozen I ordered. I was under the impression a half dozen still meant 6? I received an email a few days later from manager 'Gloria' asking for more specific information - which I immediately provided - and then received no further response. Unless you are fine with only receiving SOME of your order, I would not recommend this location.
