Honestly, one of the best bubble tea places I've been too. Usually always have a great bubble tea. I've been coming for a little over a year now. I give it a 3 star only... only because the tea is really great! But the staff there is horrible. The person whose usually there when I'm there now has a horrible attitude. Huffs and puffs every single time someone has an order. There was a party of 6 waiting behind me. When it was there turn they told this person "you know, we are good.. you look and are acting like you don't even want to be here or take anyone's order". They made this business lose out on a good chunk of change right then. And I've avoided going there when I see this person there. I've tried contacting the owner just to let them know that maybe they need to hire someone else. No response. And unfortunately, there is a sign up there that they are going out of business. I truly believe it's due to staffing. But who knows.

I’ve been coming here for about 8 years. I live in Ypsi now but whenever I’m in Livonia, I try to visit and get my usual - Honeydew Milk Tea with extra Tapioca bubbles 😊 I went in today and ended up trying the Pink Rose popping bubbles in my usual Honeydew Milk tea and it was so yummy! They have a ton of flavor options for tea and bubbles, and you can choose between black and green tea. The owner, Adam, is the nicest guy - he even recognized me with a mask on and after not having seen him for at least a year. It always hits the spot and I leave with a smile 🥰

This place is great! They have a massive selection of flavors and choices, they are quick with service and very friendly...they always remember my boyfriend and I when we come in. The quality is very good as well. I've had bubble tea many places and this is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended!
