I can't begin to lie and say that it was bad only because it was expensive. The sandwich I had was very good and I wish that it wasn't so costly or I would eat there once a week. A sandwich, macaroni salad and an extra 1000 island was $38. Again, very good, but I just don't expect to pay NY prices in NJ even if it's in Livingston!! I'm definitely going back after I save up some money....

When I was a kid this place was amazing. It is still good but a bit ridiculous with portion sizes. I ordered scrambled eggs and it was a very large plate of about 4 eggs which is just silly. It's very expensive and the place itself is dreary. You used to get Cole slaw on the table now you have to buy it.

Delicious authentic food. Stuffed cabbage just like my mothers. Ordered for Passover Seder. Loved the food. And staff is so nice

Everything was great! Food was superb and our waitress was a little Doll! The prices are a bit steep for a Delicatessen, but hey ... everything is more expensive in Livingston... unfortunately.

Best matzoh ball soup around, but also extraordinarily expensive. Some sandwiches are over $30 (justified by having a ton of meat, which ends up being overly dry). Stick to the soup!

Sandwiches like the pastrami and corned beef and pastrami combo are awesome not as gigantic as they used to be but nothing is like it used to be a little more expensive than a normal deli but everything is completely amazing and the service is great I've been going to this place since I was 5 years old so that is 37 years and I'm very pleased with everything and all my experiences!!👍
