Had a brilliant meal here. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Becky and the other waitress serving (I thing her name began with an L) were lovely and really helpful with suggestions. The food was beautiful (I had the ribs and cheesecake, both of which were amazing!). It arrived quickly, hot and absolutely packed with flavour. The restaurant was clean, well spaced and had a good atmosphere. I have a slight issue with louder music but that's a me problem. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely be back here.

My friends and I had two lovely experiences at Turtle Bay this week! The atmosphere was electric, though even as three not-yet-middle-aged people, we felt quite old in there! The food was excellent and pretty unique, and we were similarly impressed by the service. One waitress in particular was incredibly hospitable and genuine (don’t know her name, but she’s a Nursing student), and after some slow service on the second night due to a packed house, we were even given our drinks for free! We will definitely return next time we’re in Liverpool.

Absolutely gorgeous! The food was amazing… I had the jerk chicken breast, my other half had the jerk pork belly… they were both DELICIOUS! We both had the plantain for dessert which was so so tasty! The drinks are unreal and our waiter, Ewan, was so so friendly and recommended drinks from the “secret menu”. Already can’t wait to come again!!!! xx ps the Tequila Rose shots are MASSIVE!!!!!!!!

Had an amazing time at Turtle Bay Hanover Street today. Went for the bottomless brunch from 11:00am to 1:00pm and the food, the cocktails, the staff (especially) and the vibe were fantastic! This was mine and my partners first time out after two incredibly difficult months and we couldn’t have asked for a better time, spent in a wonderful place. Massive thank you to both Jodie & Loren for their fantastic service and keeping us well topped up with drinks and making sure we were enjoying the experience!

My friend and I went to bottomless brunch during the week and it was great. Amazing cocktail selection and great food. Our server, Ellie, was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive and really good with my allergies. She advised me on what was the best options on the menu and even doubled checked things with the kitchen for me. A great waitress at a great restaurant!
