It made my day finding this place to grab some breakfast coming back from the women's hospital. I'll be back for sure, if only for how lovely the people running the place were. Nice filter coffee and food prepared quickly to order. Fair prices too. I can't understand how come people was queuing on the greggs next door... humanity is going downhill!

I really like this place and the family who operates. They are very kind, the food is so tasty, if you want me to describe a place characterised as Liverpool, here would be the best answer. Always bacon cheese egg and fried onions with ketchup and mayo! :)

Been going here for ~5 years and it has never disappointed. Chris and Sandra are lovely people who elevate the dining experience; food well worth the price for its type, very hearty and traditional. Go in and strike up a conversation and you will not leave disappointed.

Googled somewhere for breakfast after dropping the father in law at the university hospital and I’m glad I followed my taste buds on this one, genuinely the nicest people we could have met and the food was delicious. Proper hearty food to start the day. Even came away with a poster 😉 top food, welcoming atmosphere and even better people. Thank you so much

A lovely cafe! All your regular and fair price fried stuff, ingredients of higher quality, a friendly team, a steady flow of regulars, locals, students, and first time goers turned many-tine returners like me. Sausage egg n fried onion butty to die for, took a fresh club sandwich home for lunch, lovely stuff
