Disgusting customer service. Right in front of the manager this kid behind the register tells me that he has to ring up the hot dog before he can give it to me while I wait for my wife to finish picking out other items so that I can make it. During the entire exchange he can't be bothered to even stop leaning back against the counter. His justification was I can't walk over there and then walk back over here. I'm not exaggerating That's exactly what he told me. it's no wonder there's like eight circle k's in Highlands ranch and one loan 7-Eleven and based on the service from this store today I doubt they're around much longer.

My husband and I just moved to the area and we have careers that keep us away from home until late at night. I have to say I have never been treated so poorly at any gas station! The day shift is great but the late night woman needs to get a different JOB, customer service is not her ability at all! She will even block the restrooms all night long and refuse to let anyone use them even as we shopped as the local King Soopers closes. We will go to the Shell across from our area if we need any items or a quick stop for a restroom on our way back home. They are nice, curtious, and even let us run in while he was cleaning the bathroom's. God send! 7-11 please get someone who can do the job and not make excuses every moment of the night/over night shift. Not all of us are filthy/ unkept people that go in at night.

I stopped in to get my two year old and six year old a slurpee. They were out of the small and medium cups, so I poured my six yr old a large cup but only about 1/2 full.. and for my two year old 1/4 full.. he charged me full price for both.. I said, you are even charging me full price for the one that is only 1/4 full.. when you don’t have small cups in stock? He said yes, I can’t override a price.. I said, ok well I don’t want it.. I’m not paying $2.09 for that cup that is 1/4 full.. (with my two ye old now crying) he said ok and threw it in the trash???? Horrible customer service!!!

Don't come here they over charge for drinks sticker says 2.19 they charge 2.89 plus asst manager does not know how to run this store and I'm not the first person to tell him it's over priced and and say I'm not changing it I would like the owner to contact me directly if possible.have pictures to provide proof.
