Einstein Bros. Bagels

This location is amazing! My fiance have to been to many locations where they are rude, sloppy, etc. As soon a we walked in the door we were greeted with everyone smiling and welcoming us in. They nailed our sandwiches (which makes a huge difference of course). When I went in to let the team lead know they were awesome, he greeted be my name and thanked me for coming in. I mean what an awesome team. It made our morning. We won't be going to another location!

Probably the best customer service I've had at a Einstein before. Eat this place whenever we go to the pediatrician for our children. Kids love it and it’s a simple, fast way to grab and good snack that’s not fast food or subway. I always get something different and I have yet to be disappointed. The friendly staff make it more enjoyable.

I’v come here multiple times with my friend and yet to have a good experience. The staff are always nice which I appreciate but our orders have been wrong multiple times now. The first time I didn’t realize until I was already 20 minutes away so my friend had to eat an Asiago with strawberry cream cheese??? I’d always recommend checking your order before leaving with this location.The cream cheese amount is very minimal as well. This happened at the location by my house too which is the whole reason I started going to this one! I don’t understand if staff are told to do that but it’s very upsetting.
