Subway

This Subway is one of the BEST Subway restaurants I have been to in a very long time. The owner/manager is friendly and places customer satisfaction and service as the main focus. His portions are fair, not too much and not too little. It's a pleasure to walk in and be greeted and remembered. His staff are friendly and when customers ask for suggestions, staff offer respectfully. So glad I walked in one weekend afternoon.

Don't come here for the customer service. I ordered a combo meal from this location on the subway app by mistake. I called soon after to cancel the order but was unapologetically informed the sandwich was already made and they would not cancel the order. Furthermore, they charged me for the whole meal, chips and drink too. None of which I received. So don't come here for the customer service.

I've been to a lot of Subways in my time but this is the best one by far. Spotlessly clean and excellent service. And after ordering 3 sandwiches, we were given free cookies. Only one young man working there at night but he was awesome. Took the time to make sure our order was just right and he couldn't have been nicer. If only all young folks could be as sweet and thoughtful as he was.

first time picking up doordash for this subway and I showed up 6 mins early seen the employee just standing there as i watched and waited for my pick up time. which was 5:49 I walked in asked for my order he acted very confused and like he had no clue what I was talking about. he proceeds to check his tablet for the order. so i have to sit and wait for the food to be made that should have been made already. was rude about it and I asked how long he thought it would take due to me being on a time based delivery i don't want to be penalized for being late when it was because of someone else's mistake. it might not seem like much but laziness like this cost people who are out here trying to make a living your costing my tips. I make my money from my tips so it was very unprofessional when I asked how long it would take he told me 2 mins for a 50 dollar order and I've now been waiting 7 mins and counting. This will end up looking bad on me and I do not appreciate it. Thats not even the beginning on this location because personally I've come in here multiple times to eat on my lunch break as I work my first job right across the road and it never fails something isn't fresh they forget to make my sandwhich double meat after I pay for it. called them and was sent to voicemail and to never to recieve a call back! I mean the list goes on and on about this subway.

I walked into this Subway with my 8 year old child and was turned away because she didn't have a mask. The law in Arkansas is children under 10 do not require them. I've been to another Subway down the road and they allowed her in without a mask. I don't understand but whatever. I will definitely be going to the other one 100% of the time from now on.

Nice people but they didn't know what they were doing when it came to making the subs. They put way too much pepperoni on one sandwich, on the other was ham and turkey and they tried to give me 4 pieces of each. I used to work at Subway and I know for a fact its 8 and 8 pieces for a foot long. I had to upgrade my sandwich to a club and pay MORE just to get an actual proportion of meat on my sandwich
