Starbucks

I visit many Starbucks locations each year and this one is great. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what menu items I may like. The dine in area is smaller than some locations but it is cozy and comfortable. This is also a great location on the corner of Mississippi and Cantrell for a quick stop for great beverages and food!

I’ve had several issues here with ordering. Price is all over the place every person at the register charges differently. I order the same thing 7 days a week. When I ask about the difference n price, I’m treated as if that’s the price and I’m wrong. They are kind of condescending and rude if you question them. Recently due to drs orders I needed to change my order up. I live n one town and work n another. So I order my new coffee at two other place and never a word by the person taking my order that there was any issue. I simple order and they handed me what I wanted. I get to this Starbucks (believing this order is possible) and I’m met with the impossible task of getting this order. When I said there must be a way I’ve gotten it at two other locations , still no attempt is made to figure it out. So I left when to another location which was welling able and glad to help me and was polite and friendly the entire time. They even explained that there was ways for the other Starbucks to serve me but apparently they didn’t care to.

Not particularly the best coffee place but it’s on my way to work. When asking for cream person in front of me ignored my request then I had to ask again it bit louder so the other girl heard me. Her response was “yeah”. This location has changed a lot. Get some people in there that likes their job, it really would make a difference!!!

I love their impossible breakfast sandwich. I'm not sure how much the sandwich cost, but I know for sure their coffee prices are steep. And the selection can be overwhelming... I usually end up asking for the Barista's recommendation. It's a gamble though, $6 for coffee that isn't your cup of tea is hard to swallow.
