If you like chicken, don't stop here. I stopped going to this location several years ago because of bad experiences but tried again since it had been some time. Wrong move. My original recipe chicken was crispy, burnt and had the old grease taste. My fries were okay - the three they gave me. The biscuit crumbled when I picked it up and my tropical punch drink was pure syrup. What is going on? I didn't have time to take it back once I saw it, but I'm done with this location. When you see a food place with no cars during lunch or dinner hours, there's a reason.

4-26-21 - wanted something different and decided on KFC. It wasn't too crowded, but crowded enough. Didn't have to wait too long to place my order. Ordered the Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo with Arnold Palmer. Also the $20 Fill-up 8 piece Chicken 🐔 meal, with mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuits. There were a few orders in front of me, including one patron the manager assisted with getting a fresh Chicken order. The food came out in a timely manner, but forgot to ask for honey 🍯 for the biscuits, and it wasn't in the bag. The chicken was hot and fresh. Fries could've been better, and tea combo was good, but may have been too sweet. The Sandwich was good, and a nice size piece of meat, but was expecting a special sauce, and it was a little tough and crunchy in spots. Otherwise the meal was good.

Unprofessional to say the least… you can’t order in drive thru because they are “short staffed”… but the manager in the lobby sweeping, on the phone on FaceTime and the cashier in the lobby with him. When I ask if they can fry some more crispy wings, the manager said no because if I’m not buying an 8 piece then they won’t cook it… it’s 8pm and they close at 11pm, and won’t fry anymore chicken… the lobby full and the cashier don’t even speak when you get in front of her… don’t recommend ever…

I stopped here recently with my 4 year old daughter and she had to use the bathroom. We were on a spring break road trip. When I went in and ask if my daughter could use the restroom they said "customers only". My daughter was obviously in need of a r estroom, holding herself and dancing trying not to have an accident and the lady behind the counter. Wearing glasses, Mrs Jones I think the name was refused to let her use the restroom. Now I didn't have a problem making a purchase. However what human being can watch a 4 year old in dire need of a restroom and deny them until purchase something. It was rude and I will be reporting this
