Cracker Barrel

The NEW Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes are good and all, but it didn't come with strawberries and powdered sugar like the app said. Today is the second time I ordered curbside and received cold food after waiting 25+ minutes after I parked out front. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend curbside orders at this location at all. Especially when I place the order so far in advance to prevent my lunch hour from being cut short. Otherwise, they're food is fairly consistent when it comes to dining in.

Cheesecake pancakes were a success. The second day as leftovers it still was amazing. Very sweet and basically a dessert for dinner experience and filling. Happy with the food, made sure to put my name down for a table online 30 minutes before arriving and were able to get in with no problem. Highly recommend doing this as there is a wait. And the staff at this location were all friendly and hardworking.

This was by far THE BEST experience & food that we have had at Cracker Barrel in quite a long time. The food was very fresh & hot (Great job by the kitchen!!). Our server, Kim, was top notch. She was wonderful as well! We used to eat at Cracker Barrel in York, PA quite often but no more. I would definitely drive back to this Cracker Barrel! Great experience!

Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. Our kids love shopping, playing games, and enjoy the food. In the most recent visits at this location we have noticed I downward spiral in service. My family had the worst experience tonight. There was no kid menus. We received rolls and tater tots and did not get extra plates. Our mashed potatoes had something stringy hair like in it, ham was super thin, and there was no tarter sauce with the fish. Our server never came to the table after receiving our meal, so there was no way in resolving any of these issues. We also had to teach down our sever for refills. After dinner I stopped in the restroom to find there was only one stall available and no paper towels. It was one thing after another. I found the manager on our way out to let him know. He didn’t even look me in the eye and started walking away as I was talking. I found this completely disrespectful. We will absolutely not return to this location and gladly take the drive across the bay bridge for a way better experience.

I was very disappointed in the waitress and service. Maybe she was New or just confused. My Husband ordered Pinto beans (distasteful) then ask waitress for Greens, didn’t receive until we ask for the Floor manager for the bill and carry out container. I ask for Gravy with my Burger, waited five minutes to get that. Overall we didn’t have to wait to be seated. No long line. We will not return to that Location.

Worst Cracker Barrel Ever! Service Was the Worst... Our server said she would bring out our Beignets before our check; she brought them out BEFORE our main meal!! I order the Meatloaf ... It was COLD and the Gravy on the Mashed was dried and the were cold as well ... looked like my dish was sitting in the back for 20-minutes!!! Disgusting!!! My wife order scrambled eggs ... she said they had Zero Taste!!! She thinks they may have 'water-down' the eggs + NO BISCUIT with the eggs!!! I will NEVER frequent this Cracker Barrel again ... Just horrible management to let this happen!!!
