Huddle House

Went in this morning for a rare breakfast out ... Scott was the waiter very friendly and outgoing the cook did a great job with my food...but when the women who came in as we got our food and started to eat started yelling at Scott and was doing it with no regard to the three people in there trying to enjoy our breakfast...so a word of advice if you like listening to people being berated and totally embarrassed this is your kind of place ...if on the other hand you like me would rather if she had a problem with one of her employees she should take him to the back and talk to him with respect and treat him like a human being...and if she is not happy with his performance fire him...but the way she treated him I won't treat a dog...so I will never be back and hopefully if enough business is lost the owner will find a decent manager

The waitress was nice. The coffee was good. Other than that it was a terrible experience. All of the food was cold except the waffle but probably because we had them remade because they weren't dark enough. I had to send back the eggs because they were over easy instead of over medium. The remake still wasnt cooked enough. The butter on the toast didn't melt because it was so cold. You'll be wasting your hard earned money eating here.

Although some of the staff was friendly, they tried to make me pay for food I did not order. I left and left the food. I've been in this store a few times and its always hit or miss. Mostly miss. This was the last time I will visit. Instead, go to the 24 hour diner next door. A little more price wise and takes a little longer for them to cook your food, but the food is better and always nicer staff.

If you are African American please do not stop by here. My husband and I was never properly greeted. Our food was half cooked. Our waitress Amanda completely ignore us. The grits were thick, and disgusting. I also went online submitted the promo code for the survey and complained. I submitted a complain on Google, yellow pages app, and Facebook under the Huddle house and Lincoln, Alabama. Someone from huddle house will be calling soon and I will complain again. If you are black please RUN. I was hungry when I arrived and I was starving when I left.
