The George At Langworth

I've only attended classic car meetings in their car park. But on these occasions, I've ordered coffee, & drinks from the bar. Theres a great range, & selection of alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages. The pub is always a very warm, friendly & welcoming place. The food must be great, as there are always lots of people enjoying the dining experience. I have promised myself a sit down meal, when friends & family next visit. If I lived closer, I would visit this great, local community pub & restaurant much more often. Also, the pub is on-line, so you can get a good idea of what it's like, plus you can view their menus. I didn’t eat here but see they were having an American do and I hope that went well. A nice pub, a few regulars. Decent menu, the lady pounced on me and was “have you booked?” I thought “hang on love, the place is dead” and I was only after a couple of Lime and Sodas. Very nice they were too. We went into the second bar. Yes it’s worth stopping by if the traffic to Lincoln looks slow

Beautiful roast beef dinner was had by 3 of us on Sunday, lovely and hot with a good selection of fresh vegetables. My grandson struggled to finish his, but he did because it was very tasty. We all agreed that it was one of the nicest lunches we have had in a long time. We will be back Thank you. Denise Claxton
