When DD first opened it was great but it has been declining a lot. The last 3 visits we've made have either been wrong or Not received everything. Last 2 visits I've asked for extra espresso and have been charged but I could tell It wasn't in my drink. Its not worth the drive lately.

Ordered from them once for delivery through Ubereats and the forgot 2 I had ordered my niece. No big deal. I reordered through ubereats because I wanted another coffee and ordered my niece her donuts. Uber cancelled the order because they though it wasn’t real. RE-ORDER a THIRD time they still didn’t send the donuts and sent the order that had been cancelled.
On top of that the number on the website just give you a busy tone so you can’t even call in. This experience has been absolutely terrible

March 6th went inside the lobby with my family to order some icecream. After standing at the lobby counter for about 5 min looking at the menu the young lady decided to tell us lobby was not open to customers she said it twice and was very rude about it. This will probably be the last time I attempt to go to this restaurant.

My Wife is Obsessed with this drink and describes it as A Cup of Deliciousness. It's Caramel & Sweet just Cinnamon. I Love the Sandwich, a Perfect start to my day. The Staff is always in a Great Mood and Friendly.

11am Sunday morning the drive through had the whole back parking lot blocked off at the entrance. Wait time was forever and went into use the bathroom while I was waiting for my girlfriend. The front door is making everybody cringe with its awful sound and the bathroom toilet was clearful at toilet paper wouldn't even flush. TOTALLY DISGUSTING ! The $5 drink she got didn't even taste like and iced coffee just a lot of milk and ice!

Today 5/2/2021 the drive thru line was super long yet the orders seemed to fly out the window! ☕️🍩🚀The employees were very quick and efficient. Ownership was friendly and involved...I absolutely ❤️ THIS Dunkin’!

First of all, lovely kind staff. Secondly the dunkin donuts has a beyond breakfast sausage muffin sandwich that is a great quick bite for my vegan fam just get no egg and no cheese. The baskin ribbons has several vegan ice cream options and they were all DELICIOUS and its surprisingly affordable.
