Kfc

Went through drive through chicken was just ok. Saw worker hand bag of food to car ahead of us then they gave it back and pulled ahead to wait. Worker then handed same bag to us I saw him sit it down then picked it back up. I don't like strangers handling my food both boxes had been open then employee lied to me and said the back was fresh

I love k.f.c but they will be out of business within this year. Their hours are inconsistent as well as their food. I went there about two weeks ago they were out of chicken. Went there about a week and a half ago and was told that half of the items I wanted would be a 15-20 minute wait. Went there 4 days ago around 6:00 to make sure I wouldn't have a ridiculous wait time for items I want and was told they are closed because of staff shortage. So I tried one more time the following day around 3:00 and was told they open at 4:00.

Drive thru was worst experience I have had at any restaurant. I ordered one 3 piece combo dinner for my husband, she said it came with a drink, so I ordered a pepsi. She said total was $8.29. When I got to window to pay she said $11+ dollars. I told her she said $ 8.29, she said prices have went up and they can't keep up with changing prices. I said, will you please check that cos $11 for one meal is kinda of high. She shut the window and came back and said it is $9.29. I reluctantly paid. She handed me a drink, which was mountain dew, I didn't take the drink in my car and held it out for her, she came back and told her, I ordered pepsi. She said you said mountain dew, I said no, we never drink mountain dew. So she took it back and I watched her make another mountain dew, which she handed to me and I said nope, it is supposed to be pepsi. Then, she handed me a drink that had been sitting there by the window all that time! Finally, got his order and told my husband that I am never going back- he will have to go himself to get his chicken! The only staff I dealt with was the one young woman at drive-thru window and she was rude!

I grew up in Lima and have always preferred Famous Recipe. My wife did not and always preferred KFC, so once in awhile we order KFC. Tonight, we ordered online and I went to pick it up. Gotta be honest, the chicken was the worst I have ever had from any KFC....overcooked, greasy and a bit bitter which I attribute to not using fresh oil. My wife concurred and didn't finish hers....she said the seasoning(original recipe) was not at all like it used to be....way too peppery. I'm sure the Colonel would be embarrassed to see what has happen to his restaurants.

I ordered my food on Grubhub set a time after church to pick up. When I arrived all doors were locked with no Direction on where to go. I tried to call with no answer. So I went through the drive-through and was able to get my food. However when I drove back home (30min away) I was missing half my food. I called to ask about it and was treated rudely by staff. Super disappointed
