Subway

I walked in at 8:45 to order a Sub, two employees were working, the one employee working quickly told me they would not help me. I asked if they were open until 9:00, and she said yes, but “we ain’t helping you” I asked for the managers name. They said “Laura” then turned around and said “You can call, I don’t care, I’m not helping you.” and laughed. Poor Customer Service.

I had to stop and write a review here because the lady who made my sandwich was so kind and hospitable. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to be respectful and helpful to everyone that comes in. As I was leaving 4 other customers came in and she greeted every one of them. Thank you Subway Lady.

I came in with my 8 year today on 3/25/2022 at 7:41pm and the workers was very nice to my son as he was ordering his own food and was very Professional about there job the food was made with care and was not messy very inpressed with the way they handled themselves And the respect they give to their customers of all ages

Came in on July 4th at about 5:20 pm. There were 4 people working and no other customers in the store. None of the workers were friendly in the least. They acted like it was a great inconvenience to them that I was there. I ordered 2 subs. They were made well and correctly. The food was fine. But the service was extremely poor. The sad thing is, that before going into the store I intended to give each person working a cash tip, out of appreciation for them being there and working the holiday. Needless to say, because of the poor service I received, they all got nothing from me. I guess I'll go to Jimmy John's from now on.
