Relaxed kind of management here. Aisles frequently blocked. Rarely a spare trolley in which to transfer your shopping as you use the self checkouts. And just the other day, loads of unpriced items sitting in special offer locations.

My favourite Waitrose branch. Clean, plentifully staffed with lovely friendly partners and very well organised.
Service in the cafe can be a little hit and miss though. Often the service is wonderful but sometimes there will be 4 or 5 staff talking behind the counter, behaving like the customers aren't there while the tables are heaving with dirty trays.

Fantastic store full of delicious things! They even do own brand things which I have to say are amazing and obviously the price is also good if on a budget particularly there cheese yum. Well worth a shop here Yes there is a coffee shop here as well! Which has just had a massive refurbishment and it is well worth a visit for a snack and a coffee. They have a good choice of teas as well!

Almost everything to offer! Huge range of items including some more difficult to find. Fresh counters including a sushi bar as well as every other weekly shop items. More expensive than most supermarkets but the quality is higher with more organic produce.

I have just rung Waitrose customer service wanted them to put some large pieces of cheese aside for a party. The initial person who answered the phone was very unhelpful at my request she eventually went to the Deli counter where I encountered the most helpful member of staff it really me smile. Thank you so much sorry I didn’t get your name.

The refurbished café is an improvement, as are the customer toilets. No real difference in the menu. The store also looks smarter and is better laid-out than before.

i went on a trip and my phone died i could find my way home without a sacnav. i went everywhere just driving to get a charger and a few member of staff helped me out by finding me a charger i felt stuck it was horrible they let me charge it and i felt like i could get home i couldnt thank those colleagues enough

Excellent service from the staff, I left my bag in the ladies, thankfully a very nice lady found it and handed it in, some of the staff took time out to look for me as they thought I might still be in the store. Thank you so much.
Also, I bought the curry and some extra and it was the best I have ever tasted, it was for two but there is so much in the box. Sorry to say I do not shop here too often as a little more expensive but so very worth it, I will be back to shop.
