A&w Restaurant

I've never been to a fast food joint with such friendly staff. These folks seem to genuinely dig working at A&W, and why not? The food is consistently good, and you walk in knowing what to expect as opposed to other menus that change with whatever pop star is hot that week, or whatever. Just good quality burgers without the marketing gimmicks.

Food and service were great! My only complaint was the creepy old man sitting behind us blasting music from his phone. *music with lots of profanity I might add* he was creeping on one of the waitresses, she did a good job handling him. He was a major pest and was so rude to the other guests. I hope next time we return he is not there, but others made it seem like he's there often.

I have been going to this place for as long as I can remember to the point where it was family tradition. I went last week and was greeted with "what do you want". Which, ok, a young kid and short staff. Then no prices on the menu, wrong food delivered, I was shorted some chicken tenders, no refills until I had to search out someone. But again, I understand the staffing issues but the fact that I have to pre tip before my order and no prices was ridiculous. Oh, did I mention $30 for 2 meals, but again, who the heck knows if the bill was correct. I asked the girl for my itemized receipt after and got an eye roll and it took the entire meal to get it. Sorry A&W, Wimpys will be getting my business from now on.
