Taco Bell

Maybe I just have a knack for showing at this location at the right times, but I've always had an excellent service experience. If you've ever worked a hectic food service environment, you know that errors happen. Fortunately, one was corrected for me here recently. And that's enough for me to tell you about it, considering the current state of labor availability at businesses like this. I can't thank those enough who continue to stick out these transitional jobs like they do. Those customer service and time management skills will follow you to better opportunities, I promise you.

Absolutely amazing that multiple times in the same month their “systems are down” or they “ran out of food.” The day crew is great, somehow never has a problem and always nice and fast. But the night crew somehow magically always has a “system error” so they have to sit in a pickup truck together and smoke while they wait for the store to close. Picture attached. 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and a poor lady sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for a response and never got one. The entire night crew needs to be fired. This happens constantly. I’ve literally been told they’re “closed” for some weird random reason more than I’ve been able to order over the past month and I know I’m not the only one. Somehow door dash orders still work 🤷🏻‍♂️

Terribly ran taco bell, ordered a Supreme variety pack and most of the tacos fillings missed the shell and ended up in the wrapper and my lap as in the pictures below. There was maybe a tablespoon of beef in all of them. Not worth the $34! Never eat here! They also constantly forget items and refuse to answer the phone for any support. Will never return.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes on a Thursday at 10 pm. That is absolutely unheard of. Once I got to the window, i asked why it was taking so long and was told they didnt have enough workers. Well its a week night and super late. That shouldn't be an issue. Food was cold and literally got the last scraping of the chips. Not happy!
