Jimmy John's

Every time we order the delivery drivers are either really aggressive and complain about tips and the delivery driver labeled our order as delivered and it was not there. The woman on the phone was extremely true rude and said they went back to the store to get another order and then hung the phone up. This is the third time in a row we have had a horrible experience ordering food from jimmy johns. A place my family enjoys eating from but it is becoming increasingly more stressful to just order food from here Edit: this is also the third time we have waited over a hour for our food, unacceptable! One hour and fifteen minute update: had to turn around to get another order. Never again.

i will preface this by saying: i love jimmy johns and i order lunch for work here often. employees are typically kind of rude (one guy is always nice to me, miss u) but i don't really care because i work customer service and i understand it isn't a fun experience. but this experience hurt my feelings! i placed my order at 4 to be delivered at 5. around 4:40 i was told my order was on the way. i called the store at 5:15 because i get a limited lunch break and i felt like i planned accordingly, the woman who answered was super rude as soon as she picked up the phone and made me feel dumb for calling, like how dare i expect the store to know what's going on with an order. once my order arrived, 18 mins after i expected it, the guy was also immediately mean to me! it took me about 2 minutes to walk from the store i work at to the front of the mall, and without even saying hi he tells me that i should really change the details of my order to specify which store i work at because i shouldn't be leaving him waiting. if his tone wasn't so harsh i wouldn't have felt offended, but it felt like he was really bothered by the 2 minutes i kept him it when i felt like not making the delivery driver find my store would be much easier for everyone involved. the mall was super crowded too. also if i hadn't been waiting for so long i would've understood more. i've had drivers just sit in their car and wait for me and that's totally cool! maybe wear a jacket if it's cold and you plan out getting out! overall a stressful experience that made me feel guilty for expecting a service i paid for.

HORRIBLE!!!! I have been to this location about 8 Times in the last few months. EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE GONE THERE THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION TREAT ME HORRIBLE. NO SMILE,NO GREETING. Only eyes rolls and a smart mouth like I'm the inconvenience for ordering and paying for my food. I will never go to this location again. Shame on them. Their manager needs to have a customer service 101 with these people or fire them!! Have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. I'll stick with any other jimmy than this location. Shame shame shame!!

My spouse ordered online, the order printed but got misplaced. When I went to pick up they said they did not have the order - nothing had printed. This was okay, mistakes happen. What was not okay was they did not apologize or even thank me for my patience. We order 4 meals here every Saturday. Never going back!!

Terrible customer service. I go to this location because it’s close to my house and never had an issue till I downloaded the app and attempted to buy a sandwich, I forgot to put no tomatoes on my sandwich as I can’t have them and rushed to the store after placing my order to hopefully stop them before they making the sandwich, they had made my sandwich and then wouldn’t make another sandwich to fit my dietary needs and told me if I wanted a sandwich I had to buy another one and I ended up tossing the 1st sandwich in the trash. The girl was rude and disrespectful during the whole interaction and all I asked for was a replacement to have my dinner.
