Mcdonald's

Stopped by for breakfast this morning before work. There was only one car in line in front of me, so I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my food. The lady at the window was friendly, but they did not give me the drink that I ordered (received tea instead of Diet Coke). Food was hot and tasted fine for the most part. The only issue with the food was that my hash brown was soaked in oil.

I went to McDonald’s on Leestown Rd and ordered a large sweet tea and a large cup of ice. Lady taking my order was very nice and was correctly Noted on screen as ice only on second cup. I paid extra .35 for it which is fine and lady at pay window was super nice. I got to second window for pick up and was given my sweet tea and then handing me large ice water. I told her I ordered ice only not water she jerked in back in said oh my God and shut window. I just drove off. Try to call to let manager know how things are being handled and get answering machine. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and no reason you should treat people that way.

This McDonald’s is amazing, although it can be busy sometimes (like most McDonald’s are) they never forget anything and are very patient. When I go I always go for breakfast and order a TON of food for my family of 8 and never once have I missed anything on my order. I also love the employees ❤️ they are so funny and amazing

So over the course of 4 months, I've stopped here at various times. Yesterday evening marks my last time I come here or just any McDonald's because this one is that bad. Basically every visit is met with rudeness somewhere down the drive thru line. It's constantly "What did you have?". I repeat my order 2 times every visit. I tried inside, because that seems like a better option. It's not. It's worse. You will stand there for 15 minutes minimum before you get your order taken. Yesterday evening I went to the speaker and sit there for several minutes. Got my order taken and waited to go around to the first window to pay, still taking several minutes. So I paid and waited.. again. My wife and I waited and waited and waited and... you get the point. 20 minutes of sitting behind a vehicle that was just going back and forth with the person at the window over what sounded like fries, I gave up. I lost $9 and some change I'm pretty sure I'll never get back from them because they never answer a phone and honestly I don't care if I get it back, I never want to deal with them ever again. Honestly most things I'd ever gotten from here were either burnt to a depressing crisp or tasted weird anyway. Either way, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I get understaffing but I'm at a job that's understaffed and somehow make it work like 90% of every other place does. I don't ever say this, having a high tolerance and I know people need jobs. But this place just needs either completely new management or shut down. Also, branding as fast food is false advertisement for this place. If you go, I hope you have better luck than I did. Never had more incompetent staff serve me in my entire life. Got skipped twice in the drive through. Finally got my order took just for it to be completely wrong. The woman didn’t even ask me if that was all or if my order was right. Then. I pull to the window and it seems nobody either speaks English well enough or has enough common sense to understand me saying hey you guys got my order wrong multiple times. I have gave back my wrong order and drove off. 0/5 stars. DO NOT EAT HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. GO. TO. THE. MIDWAY. ONE.

Service was super slow. It took about 25 mom to get a Big Mac meal. Then the manager, which couldn't focus on anything but the woman online in front of me, finally looked over at me in surprise and said " wow man you still waiting on a #1?!" After I replied yes I finally got my meal. Then the meal was absolutely horrible. If the burger party wasn't an hr old it wasn't a min. Fried weren't fresh and instead of the sweet tea I ordered I was given a diet coke. This isn't an abnormal experience here I assure you

I placed an order on the app and was waiting in the drive thru to pick it up. The lady in front of me was obviously a regular because the workers were sticking their heads out of two service windows, yelling, and making a big fuss over her and her dog. Next thing I see I is the shift lead lean out the window with an ice cream and feed it directly to the dog with her bare hands. After a few seconds she then passes it to the driver and away they go. I pulled up next and that same shift lead now has my kid's food in her same hands that were feeding a dog just a few seconds prior. When I asked to cancel my order and provide a refund, she got mad at me and asked why. I pointed out how filthy it was to feed a dog and then handle a customer's food, and then educated her on a few health codes. This really set her off, but unfortunately, I still don't think she understands. The point isn't feeding the dog, I have 4 and I share food with them every day. The point is, if this is something a leader in this operation thinks is okay to do in plain view of the patron, what kind of short cuts do you think they take in the back. The service at this location has been horrible for years, but it could be overlooked for convenience of location. Now though, I will steer very clear and I suggest you do the same.
