Starbucks

Okay, let’s talk about the best Starbucks ever. I am a manager in the mall and absolute love going here every morning. In fact, it’s actually my favorite part of my morning. After falling in love with the vanilla sweet cream cold brew I have come to the conclusion that this is the ONLY Starbucks that can make it to my satisfaction. Drinks aside, the attitude and atmosphere that this location has is wonderful. Shoutout to their manager, who has done a fantastic job at making it enjoyable and a fun place to stop by. I am so fond of this Starbucks that I even stop by the mall on my days off, because why risk going somewhere new? Kudos to this amazing team that I love seeing every morning and thanks for all that you all do!

I love, love, love their OATMEAL. THEY WILL STEAM IT WITH MILK IF YOU REQUEST IT... UMMM GOOD THAT WAY. BUT YOU HAVE TO ALSO ASK FOR EXTRA MILK TO MIX IT WITH -- OR IT IS NOT THE SAME!!! They give you a packet, I always ask for a second one. The packets have nuts, granola, cinnamon, etc. It is really the best I have ever had! It is worth the Starbucks amount you do have to pay. But YUM 😋 Don't forget about the service you get! It's always good at our Starbucks! Good, good, good 👍 Don't forget about some of the baked treats they have. I have taked some home for the family. Like the lemon cake, cheese danish and raspberry danish.

I was passing through the mall today after getting Hawaiian Ice at the entrance. I stopped close to the Starbucks kiosk to eat my delicious coconut flavored ice when the baristas met me with enthusiastic greetings, even though it was 10 til closing. While I didn't order a drink myself I witnessed several people go through the line quickly and efficiently. They were all met by a friendly, heroic staff. Smiling people at 10 til closing deserve all the rewards.

If u have a problem with any Starbucks call customer service they are bigger jokes. They only care to take your money people pay $6 for coffee because of the experience and the service. Fast service yes quality service NO. Not even when u call customer service. Hope there is an alternative to make Starbucks care

Terrible service... I had to argue with the manager for 2 drinks that didn't taste any good and watered down coffee.. I'm dissatisfied with them because I'm a partner of starbucks and they train you to make starbucks a 3rd place and have a slogan that we go by if there was ever a drink problem or what so ever of that sort. I will not make that mistake next time... Its more than likely i won't go to that store to connect with anymore employees there. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I came to the mall for some last minute shopping together. We ordered me a peppermint mocha, and a Pink drink and a Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop for her. We waljed over to the food court to enjoy our snacks, and when I opened the lid on my mocha it was only 1/2 full. This was a disappointment to me. These drinks are not cheap, and I feel you should get what you pay for. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this starbucks. I will not purchase my drinks or snacks here again, and would urge others to check their drinks too.

This is my new go to study place for school. College finals coming up and it’s the perfect place for me and my study buddies. Huge shoutout to Devin for making the best hot chocolate!!! He was so kind and personable. I love when you can just talk to people who will actually carry on a conversation with someone, so thank you Devin for that! I now look forward to seeing Devin (along with other kind staff members) and the hot chocolate!
