Mcdonald's

Worst experience and customer service ever experienced at a McDonald's. Ordered meal at 11:50 and was asked to pull up to reserved spot 1. Sat there for 27 minutes. Young lady came to car 4 times with different orders. Believe she must of given my order(10piece m nugget and fries) to someone else. Asked for managers name but she did not know it. Will drive across town to avoid this McDonald's. I was overcharged and there were no soft drinks or smoothies available today. SMH!!!

This McDonald's has to be the worst one I've ever been to. Takes forever for them to do anything. No matter what you order they make you pull forward and wait around the building while someone delivers it to your car. I'm pretty sure they do this to make the numbers looks good. Because once you place your order a timer starts and doesn't stop till you leave the window regardless whether you have the order or not. I dread this place and would rather take the drive and go to the one at the mall.

Ordered a few items and realized it was rang up wrong while waiting for the order to come out. Seems there was computer chaos today. I went inside, explained to who I assume was the manager and she was quite helpful and apologetic. I was refunded to the right amount and given my order hot with a sorry and a smile. Well done mcds.

You're much better off going to the McDanks in Clinton. Awful service at ordering, added things we didn't ask for, took things off we wanted, snarky and rude for no apparent reason. The second window was not much better, and would not listen to us tryinng to add something on. He shut the door and as we were still attempting to speak with him. He opened the door with our change and said "no add ons", when we were trying to say something sooner. At the last window the lady was kind, but we were sent to a spot after receiving our small amount of food to wait for the mcflurries that could be seen right on the other counter. I wish I could give this place a zero star review honestly, but I can't, so here is a one. I've had plenty of other experiences here just like this one, but today was the last straw. You're much better off going to the one in Clinton. I don't hate McDonald's, I hate incompetent employees.
