Wendy’s should consider paying a decent wage so employees would maybe show up… as a consequence, on the weekends it’s caos here, closed dining room, long drive thru lines, only cash (I have no idea why, maybe to loose the crowd?). It’s that fast food you think: it’s good but is worth the headache?

Ordered the double stack sandwich and senior drink. Inside clean and orderly. Double stack just the way I ordered. Nice clean orderly Wendy's. Well run location

The experience was horrible (this time). I don't know if they were understaffed inside or what but i amongst many others stood in the drive thru for an extra long time. While my kids and i were waiting (which is the Only reason i actually stayed in line) in the line to order we say at least 12 cars get out of line and drive away because it was taking forever to get thru it. I like Wendy's food over all of the other day foods but this time just took way too long.

Well doors are locked during normal business hours. 10 cars in drive thru line. Slow service. Seems to me the franchisee needs to pony up a few more dollars an hour for employees…

We ate in. The person taking our order was rude, got our orders wrong. It cost over $30 for what usually cost us about $12. I was so embarrassed I didn't say anything. I made the kids deal with what they had. One of the burgers even came with no meat. Just a bunch with condiments..???? First time I was ever unhappy with Wendy's.

This review is specifically for the Commercial St location in Leominster, MA. I cannot overstate how horrid the service is. At 8:45pm on a Friday night (they are supposed to close at 11pm), we were ignored at the drivethru speaker while there were three employees in the store wasting time. Will never go back.

I just pulled up to the window and 930 when it says they close at ELEVEN and I watched the brunette duck down and watched 4 cars be denied. This is what you call professional ? And these are the same people crying for 15$ an hour ? Worst establishment I've ever been too.

Did not have Ice inexcusable. Go purchase ice somewhere anywhere. Cookies are half the size they used to be for the same price. Is Wendy's that hard up for profit that they cannot accommodate the customer? Go out of business if you can not run a efficient business Wendy's.
