Been coming here for many many years and on every occasion met with such a warm welcome from all staff. Restaurant is kept spotlessly clean, food always freshly cooked and service great. Look forward to many more tasty meals.

A good restaurant with tasty burgers and chips. Slightly higher price than other places but worth it. Waitresses were polite and service was adequate. Didn't have to wait longer than 15 minutes for the food and they were busy. Quite pleasantly surprised

A complete breath of fresh air,from entering this beautiful clean excellently well managed wimpy our track and trace details taken,
We then sat at a scrupulous clean table,
The young lady then produced the menu along with the Wednesday special flyers we chose the burger chips and drink for £4.95 each,
The food and drink arrived within 10 mins,fresh hot and plentiful,
The coffees would put all leading precocious coffee shops to shame,
The whole experience was 100%

An incredibly big fan of this particular restaurant for over a decade, the staff are always super friendly and the food is always top notch, but my latest experience is what compelled me to write this review. We ordered via Just Eat a couple of weeks ago, but the food never arrived and we were still charged. Needless to say we were very unhappy, and left a harshly-worded review on the app; Eddie the manager saw this and took the time to come to my address, leave his personal contact number and the restaurant number after there was no answer, and personally apologise over the phone and offer a meal on the house to make up for the mixup. He explained that the order had been delivered to a similar address and they took it instead. He said that he recognised that the order was from us and felt gutted as he knew that we have been customers for so many years. The fact that he took the time to do this perfectly exemplifies just how outstanding the customer service from this restaurant is, and how Eddie and the rest of his team really care about their customers and the quality of service that they provide. I wish I could give more than five stars.
