Service was good and server was very friendly. I had a chicken burger without a bunch as I cannot eat bread. Chips were French fries and not very nice so didn't eat them. Burger was OK and ate most of that. Other diners with me had fish and chips. Batter was very dark and almost seemed over cooked. One said his fish was cooked, just. Other diner said fish was adequate. We found the music a little noisy. We were also taken aback at the cost of a diet coke drink. At £3.49 each it was pricey. Sorry to sY I wouldn't go again 😔

Being mother's day it was very busy, but everything was perfect, staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely meal with my mum on mother's day the service was excellent atmosphere very good food was good and warm the only one thing was there put salt onmy roast potatoes which as I don't like salt but the rest was very good it seems that quite a few places put salt on some foods without asking strange but the lovely girl who served us was excellent overall I would recommend a meal here 😀 my mum loved it thanks

We went here for a funeral wake. The food was lovely, tea and coffee included. They provided Doggy bags so we could take food home which was great as there was far more food than needed.

Really enjoyed the visit food was top pub grub..shared dessert platter was the best I've tasted...The pub was clean and nicely set out, definitely recommended (and I've shot quite a few places down)...
