for the most part this Dunkin runs smoothly. but as an ex dunkin employee, the laziness is ridiculous. i asked for light cream cheese (I know there is a button on the screen to press) instead of giving me light cream cheese, they shoved a bagel and a cream cheese container into a bag. other than that, everyone was very friendly and is always friendly. just wanted to leave a reminder that the small things matter.

Dunkin donuts in Lehigh Acres is always busy so expect long lines. I'd recommend ordering ahead of time. But be mindful that This is the ONLY place to fine a Good fresh cup of coffee so for me the line is worth it. Remember to be Compassionate with the employees that work here. They are human as well and are working to serve you your morning cup of coffee ☕️ 😉 💜

I've gone here many times. Some employees are great, one is not. She is downright rude. If you hate your job, leave. Please. Last night my daughter & I got bagels with cream cheese. Totally dry! Are we skimping on the cream cheese now? I've never had one this bad. I called, and they never returned my call. Unacceptable. I know that things are bad right now but it's never so bad that you can't be nice and make a bagel with the right amt of cream cheese. I understand long lines, short staffing, etc...but don't forget customer service.

I come here pretty often on my lunch break and I can say that they get pretty understaffed regularly. The employees do the best they can but can’t keep up (understandably so) with demand of customers and cleanliness. Flies are in the windows dead and the chairs look like they haven’t been wiped down in weeks. Today they didn’t have mocha flavor, oat milk or almond milk. Last week they had no toast because everything was still frozen. Dunkin corporate please help them out

Depending on the day, the specialty coffees can be good or bad. To my surprise, my daughter bought a take out chai latte yesterday that was more expensive than one the same size at Starbucks. I was stunned as I would have thought this chain would be less expensive. Overall, the breakfast menu has affordable options that are hot and of good quality.

Great service. Friendly staff. They have ice cream inside this location! Something for everyone. My only complaint is the morning people ordering food who clog up the parking lot in front of the store because they're too lazy to use an actual parking spot on the side of the building. I wanted to tell them all about themselves, but I bot my tongue.

I went inside to order this morning. Placed my order at 10:12 am. I finally received my order at 10:35 am. I’m assuming it was the store manager, regional manager and whoever else of importance who stood around with their arms crossed for those 20+ minutes that I waited. After 20 minutes, I finally asked the girl making the coffee who they were and where my order was. The lady preparing the food stated they had to drive through first. I walked over to the “corporate team” and stated I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes as they stood around and did nothing and that their team needs help. Store manager (assuming) was like so sorry we are going! I finally get my food. I walk out and obviously had to tell the other two still standing around that 20 minutes is unacceptable. The man apologized. For what? Standing around? At the end of the day, lead by example. 15 or so years ago I worked at Dunkin’/Baskin as a team lead. Never did my manager or regional ever stand around! Lead by example!. Kudos to the team who was working as they did their best!

Was on a coffee run for my boss and in a hurry so I was discouraged to see the long line at drive thru and even in the store I was waiting a little while, but Gabe was handling the rush so calm and so well. He was so sweet, genuine, and helpful. Incredible human. Dunkin is lucky to have him.
