Wendy's

This location always gives me the worst experience possible. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. If someone orders a large fry, don’t give them a small... if I wanted less fries I would’ve ordered a small. This is exactly how I pulled them out of the bag and the MANAGER was the one who handed me my food. They are so soggy and cold

Drive-thru experience was good. All equipment for taking the order worked very well and the staff took the order with normal professionalism. The only reason the experience wasn't five stars was that I asked for the melted Velveeta cheese in my chili and I believe they put shredded which clumps instead of making the chili creamier and tastier. Junior cheeseburger deluxe was delicious as always and made well.

This place needs help. Good help! I got there at 7:10pm. I went through the drive through. The guy on the speaker was nice and polite. I ordered the Asiago chicken combo and chilli with extra cheese. The guy asked me, hot regular or grilled (for my chicken. I said grilled. I get to the window,... I had to ask again for the extra cheese, for the chilli but, it was a smooth exchange, at the drive thru window (so I thought) I get home and, there us no cheese in the chilli cup. So, extra cheese I bought was just a regular cheese it was supposed to be in there in the first place. Remember that Asiago chicken sandwich? It was supposed to be grilled?It was spicy. Breaded. No bacon. I ate it. But, come on guys. I waited an 50 minutes for this? Let's get it together. You guys can do way better than this.

Just went into the store and placed a order, had an awful experience. I stopped into the store at around 3:20 and didn’t get my order taken until 3:43. Which there wasn’t a lot of people within the store. Then I didn’t finally get my order until 4:25. The chicken nuggets were great but it took forever, and it always seems to happen with this Wendy’s location. I order a Biggie bag and made it a large and the below picture is apparently their version of a large fry. I paid extra money for a reason and didn’t even get it. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s. There just seems like there’s too much going on in the store.

Excellent breakfast. One of my favorite fast food breakfast spots. I don't know what happened with the Frosty-chino, but the first time I had it, it was delicious, but the next two times I went, it almost tasted like a scoop of frosty was put into water. I'll be doing iced coffee or lemonade from now on.

I will never return to this location. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Everyone was waiting. Orders were all wrong. Finally asked for my money back and left. Never saw anything like it. There were a ton of workers there but they couldn't get any orders right. This was in Lehigh Acres Florida. Never will return. I'll go to Arby's.
