This location will get your order wrong every single time you go there. I was asked to park along with 6 other vehicles. Then after 10 minutes the drive thru attendant came through yo collect receipts because they had cleared their screens. After 15 minutes I got my food and as per the usual it was missing multiple items. The owner never contacts back if you reach out and the management is a joke. Corporate needs to take a long hard look at this operation!

This place used to be good, but pretty much every aspect of service here has gone down hill. Orders were wrong the past two times I've gone here and once the order was corrected, the food was overcooked. Won't be returning for a while.

This has to be the slowest drive thru I have ever been too . I stopped going there about 3yrs ago bc of being slow , I mean 25 to 30 minutes waiting , not 5 to 10 minutes , so I thought after 3 yrs I would give it a chance, lol I was waiting over 35 minutes , would of just pulled away but already paid & was stuck in the middle of 2 vehicles. Will never go here again.

Waiting over thirty minutes for food for my family. Forgot two items. I told two different employees of this error. One employee I told twice. Don't waste your time or money here. Complete lack of management or customer service.

No personal attention, no children's toys in Happy Meals, no condiments supplied even though requested and happy meal hamburger had onions on it. My Big Mac was cold but fresh, fries were the best of all. I will not be back. So sad, we can't get a simple hamburger meal in our area! Where are the managers?

I order ahead of time on the app to save time, it never works. We sit and wait in the pick up spot for 15 minutes and then have to call to get someone to help us.
Last time, i did pick up through the drive thru instead and the order was completely wrong! Missing a drink, 20 nuggets, sauces, and a large fry.
At least my son has learned to check our bag every time before we leave the line now.

Bad quality food, bad service, bad order accuracy. Management does not care. Even for a McDonald's which are almost always bad(haven't been able to order a Mcflurry for months), I will not be back and have lived in the area 15+ years.

Fairly quick order turn around. Food is usually hot and fresh. Order accuracy almost always is spot on. Overall very satisfied.
