Fresf fresh FRESH fried to order piping hot churros, and not the factory churned you find at Costco cafes. Oh wow! This fresh dessert concept isn't available in the large mallsor anywhere else [.... kinda makes me proud to have to be downtown DC .... ] and their churros are very respectable is size and value. Just 3 *FRESHLY FRIED* churros for $6 .... that's a steal compared to high-end restaurants that easily charge double for less. If this place was located in a college town, then they would make a killing any day of the week. Let me repeat. They make freshly fried (to order) churros, not just fresh churros getting damp under a heat lamp. It is fried to order and piping hot. That's awesome and a rare food find.

Sooooo very YUMMY!!! Many different options to choose from including with ice cream if you’d like. They are so warm and fresh they melt in your mouth!!! They sell out very quickly so get there soon after they open. The traditional cinnamon ones were my favorite but it was fun to try the other flavors as well. They offer various bottled drinks and have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Conveniently located right across from the parking garage of the street parking is taken.

Really up there with how good the Churros are. Toppings to 'dress' your churros in are amazing. Place is cute. People are great. My only issue is with them being out of half of the drinks. Coffees and bottled drinks only, teas and lattes weren't. And we arrived an hour after open to no other customers, so it just wasn't made. If they'd run out, I wouldn't fault them. But not making cost the star. Still worth it! If you love churros, go!

These churros have me hooked! Always fresh with a crunchy outside and soft interior. They offer traditional cinnamon sugar and various toppings such as Oreo, fruity pebbles, Cookie Monster, s’mores, and my personal favorite, strawberry shortcake! The churros pair well with their vanilla soft serve on the warmer days, and their Mexican hot chocolate for the winter months.

Churrology shares the same space as b.doughnut, only they're open shortly after b.doughnut closes up for the day. So basically doughnut store by day, churro store by slightly later in the day. They have only a few flavors at a time but each one is definitely worth a try. I personally enjoy the Oreo dusted one but the classic cinnamon sugar is awesome too. I haven't yet tried the soft serve combo but it would be pretty hard to mess that up since churros and ice cream go together like.. peanut butter and jelly, Oreos and milk, doughnuts and coffee, peas and carrots, pancakes and syrup, you get the idea. Very nice concept, although they also do close early if they sell out, just like b.doughnut! PROTIP: free one hour parking across the street in the garage! PROS: simple and sweet desserts, walking distance to other dining establishments so it makes for a nice final stop after your lunch date, free parking across the street. CONS: a bit pricy, can only buy bunches and not singles.

I mean, what's not to like? Tasty churros, and very tasty soft serve. Totally a great novelty. Only complaint is the price/quantity balance is a little off. You can only purchase churros in packs of three (or two with soft serve) which is a huge amount of sugar, and you end up walking out the door with a pretty stiff bill as a result. If you have someone to share with, this is perfect. Otherwise, would be nice if they allowed purchase in smaller quantities in my opinion.

I have frequented this location twice since they opened, both times have been consistent! Their churros are amazing! They are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also, the toppings add additional texture to the already crunchy churro! In my opinion the strawberry shortcake is definitely a game changer. Their prices are quite affordable and the customer service is very attentive! This place is a very charming place, I highly recommend it to anyone living in the Northern Virginia area.
