Applebee's

DO NOT EAT HERE. All of the food we ordered came out cold, appetizer and all and presented sloppy as could be. Our pasta looked nothing like the picture on the menu and tasted exactly like sugar water it was not edible. The best part of our meal was the frozen warmed up breadstick. Will never be going back. Not to mention we paid 17$ for this pasta… If I had to put a price on it, I would throw it in the trash.

So I was craving some ribs and decided to order Applebee’s 🙅🏽‍♀️ Wrong move. Let me explain the pictures… this was supposed to be marinara sauce but it has the consistency of tomato paste, the riblets were cold and looked disgusting, the amount of ranch they gave me was unreal and not to mention the fries were extremely cold. My order was $55 and the manager told me all she could do was give me a credit for the next time I came in… absolutely not. Long story short save your money and go to McDonald’s because this location need to be closed down.

This is the fiesta lime chicken that my boyfriend ordered. We did come in at 11:00pm but thats no excuse for the food being stale such as the rice was. The chicken was stiff and hard as well. I myself ordered their turkey club sandwich with an order of fries in which the fries tasted like they were days old. No crunch no nothing. After we returned home my boyfriend complained about how the food was tearing up his stomach. I wouldn’t reccomend eating here because the food isnt well prepared.

Brought my veteran boyfriend to have his meal for veterans day.We take it were not from that part of kansas.our food came with no vegetables because they were out Wich I know why to many veterans eating.We didn't enjoy our food.plus it took our waiter to come.the boyfriend had a salad to replace the missing vegetable Wich he was charged for

Service is always getting better especially with the diversity of people however I sometimes come in to stale rice or old fries and that's just how things are sometimes but you never would expect that out of a restaurant that claim to provide fresh. As for us customers please understand they are doing their best in terms of support and service so stop giving them bad attitudes or yelling because that will help no one but your broken egos.

Six customers present and no one seemed to care to seat us. No host present. Ordered honey chicken over pasta. Bowl was extremely hot, but pasta was just over room temp. Was not a good dish...not much flavor and odd texture. Also ordered a margarita on the rocks. I was brought a martini glass half salted and a shaker cup with strainer containing a margarita that may have been missing most of the tequila, but all of the margarita mix and was told they are "self serve" to pour myself into a martini glass.

The past several times we have dined out was awful. So glad I picked Applebee's this time! I dont know what you all have done different since the last time we came here, but absolutely exceptional food and service! The plates were clean and food arrangement was pleasing, and it tasted as yummy as it was presented. Cudios to you all!! We will definitely be back!!
