Had my now 8 year old's birthday here. I was beyond impressed! Due to terrible weather we had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating. The party itself was fantastic. Very attentive staff, the pizza was fresh and the wing platter was really good (to my surprise). The cake was decent but our fault for not bringing our own. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. We went during the week so there were only a couple of families there. The all you can play cards were a huge hit with my kiddos. We really appreciated that there were prizes even for or little bitty ones that didn't get a ton of tickets. We will definitely be going back for more birthdays and weekend fun!

This is a great arcade for kids and adults alike. The food is a little bit overpriced but the arcade games are played by swiping cards. The cards can have either a set amount of points or a set amount of time. The timed cards are cost effective for large families. No more running out of tokens! The staff was incredibly friendly on all of my visits. Two thumbs up!

Our family had an enjoyable time last night. Besides the fact that the place looked understaffed, the employees were always very helpful. Since our last visit earlier this year, the quality of the pizza has improved and was very good. I like how things have changed in regards to tokens; the point cards are easier for the kids. Plus, I don't have to keep track of all the coins and make sure each kid has the right amount. Another thing, some of the games seem to be upgraded and all of them were actually working this time. We did have an issue with one of the machines, but the employees were prompt to address the issue. The prices seem to be a little high, but taking advantage of the timed play and current promotions helped balance out the cost and received value. Overall, the ambiance was family oriented and the employees were helpful. I didn't catch the names of the employees, but they were great, especially, the manager Jodee. She seemed very busy, but I noticed that she went above and beyond for a few families. We will definitely be back!

Chuck E. Cheese has stepped up their game and started offering options for unlimited game play for X minutes based on price level. We tried both the token-based system and an equally priced unlimited option to compare them. As unscientifically as possible we gave one card to one of our kids and the other to another. After about half the unlimited time had passed, the token-based card was out of tokens. At the end of the unlimited time, the unlimited kid had more than 4x more tickets than the other. Take from that what you will... The other cool thing is the pizza rolls! They are rolled up and long, like a really long stuffed bread stick with cheese and pepperoni inside. These were a great item for the kids to have fun eating! Great drink selection as well. Nice job remaining relevant Chuck!

Delicious pizza. Love that you can choose a time length instead of points. Now I don't feel bad when I want to play a game or two. Loved that when it was slow an employee played and left the tickets for the kids to find. Employees were very nice. Love the hand stamps so kids don't leave with just anyone. The timed play is nice too cause everyone gets done at the same time! Negative--- long tootsie rolls are 60!?!?! tickets instead of 10!?!?! That's a huge, ridiculous jump. My littlest loved to get all his tootsie rolls and ended up with 3! This time for 180 tickets instead of the 18 he usually got. So so disappointing!

We went for my granddaughters birthday and while it is definitely more for kids even us "old kids" had fun earning tickets for our grandchild. The taste of the pizza really surprised me. Would I go order one for take no but for our party it was very good. Not too crowded either but we were there on a weeknight.
