Mcdonald's

Solid McDonalds. I was surprised cuz my dude had my diet coke ready at the payment window rather than the pick up window. That's was impressive. He saved me time having to wait behind other cars. Kinda hard to find that sort of outside the box thinking and legit attitude towards what's best for the customer. Only McDonald's where I seen that happen. Most of the time you get drones who only do exactly as they are programmed to do.

Suzie is the manager at the Lawton location and she is awfully rude demanding we give her our money. She is running a very poorly organized restaurant. We paid for the wrong order and when we got the right order, it was messed up. Theres an onion allergy and she just picked off some onions and sent them back to us 30 minutes later. She had us park in a spot so she can get the line moving but forgot about us. Due to covid the lobby is closed so I got out of my vehicle and walked to the drive through window and I still wasnt getting acknowledged. An employee saw me but did not help me in any way shape or form. This is the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. I highly reccomend steering clear from this establishment.
