Was not able to hear very well when ordering in the drive through, teller dropped my change when I was trying to pay so I needed to get more, then teller gave me incorrect change but I was not going to fight over 7 cents, ordered a whopper with cheese but did not receive cheese, seemed as though the whole crew was not in a good mood. Also when I received my whopper all of the pickles and tomatoes were stacked in the immediate center. Usually I like Burger King, definitely not last time, I think I'll use a different location

The service was great but my chin sand. was cold, my fries were cold. But the jalapeno bites were awesome, my husbands Texas burger was hot, fries cold. But this is the first time it has happened because we eat there regularly.

I have always preferred Burger King than MacDonald's. Their food is usually hot and fresh. I think this last time they left a couple of the sandwiches under the warmer to long. The need to do better marking thier times on thier wrappers and pulling them when the time is over.

Slow drive through service and ended up with cold food. The onion rings tasted like they were old and cooked in old grease.

It was like they really didn't care how they gave you the food the fish sandwich tasted old the Whopper even with no lettuce. Sloppy fries was not fresh but at least the cheesy tots were kind of warm and kind of good this time yeah that's how the whopper came & we love the whoppers

I would give zero if possible. I made a mobile order and went to pick it up and was told they couldn’t find it. I showed the receipt that it went to that location and was told to contact the Site because there was nothing they could do. So now it will be at least 48 hours before I know if I will receive a refund. Thanks for nothing

Be careful making your order through the app they like to take your money and then refuse to give you your food when you arrive! Claiming they cannot see your order and you must contact the app to get your refund! Horrible customer service!
