They keep changing their hours without any notice. I ordered on the app and when I got there, they were closed. They were open this same time earlier this week, so there was no reason to assume they’d be closed this time today (when you look them up online it also says open now, so I assumed the posting to be accurate). I tried calling to tell them to cancel the order and no one answered, even though I saw someone mopping inside when I pulled through the parking lot. This isn’t the first time this has happened this year either. Update your hours online when you change them so customers know whether or not they are wasting their time and money trying to order ahead.

The store is beautiful and clean. The only thing I would complaint about is the fact that baristas don't call the customers and drinks name when ready. They just place the drink in the counter for you as a customer to guess (if you don't recognize the drink you ask for or if you have no clue when you're supposed to get your drink). That's a no no and poor service for me.
