Always quick in drivethru. In and out in no time. Everything was cooked accordingly. A+

Server got our order wrong. Frys were half cooked. Somebody must be trying to cut corners. Normally I enjoy eating at BK. Just won't eat at this one again.

Can somebody explain to me why my fries taste like fish? This food was disgusting must have been sitting in the heat lamps for hours because it doesn't even taste like Burger King at all!
I should have known the minute that I saw that they were not wearing face masks. if they cannot comply with such a simple regulation I wonder what else are they lacking on...
And then on top of it attitude...shut this place down.

It was like a ghost town but staff was very y nice and got my food quickly.

The food was as you expect with burger king. Food was prepped well and the order was correct. However I'm not a fan of them making us come in when ordering through the app... Doesn't make sense why I can't pick my food up through the drive through that is empty.

Customer service is lacking. I called to try to get my order fixed and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and wanted to argue. If they are the ones who messed up I would think they would be apologetic not arguing about it. In the future I will drive out of my way to go a different burger king with better service.

Instead of getting mad at people at drive thru, please read the order details.
That is the whole point of mobile order.
Drive Thru = Go through drive thru
Pick up = Come inside the store and pick it up
If I have a drive thru order I except to go through drive thru.
