Dunkin'

The employees are always great. So friendly and get my order correct every time. However, this morning when I was waiting in the drive thru, this old man (manager I assume) was screaming at the employee that was ringing me up. I’m absolutely disgusted. I’ve never had a problem with this dunks until now, specifically with that man.

Never had a problem at this location before except one time when the app let me place an order for Curbside Pickup after they had stopped Curbside for the night, so I was sitting waiting and waiting and waiting for 20 minutes and nobody came out. But I don't blame the location. The app shouldn't have let me order it. But this was different. This Pink Velvet Iced Macchiato looked nothing at all like the picture it was supposed to be. And none of the described flavors were there. It tasted like a colored Iced Coffee. That's all. My guess is this was maybe just too new at the time or maybe not something they have much experience with. They are super nice here and if I paid attention right away, I'm sure they would have given me a replacement.

The manager Milly is one of the BEST! I would rather drive to her store to get coffee then to go to the nearest one by my house! That’s how great I think she and her morning staff are! Who ever the owner is keep her promote her because she makes things happen for customers to want to come back for more! If I had a business I’d hire her in a heart beat.

I just went it here to get a coffee this morning. I walked in and I didn’t get a hi or anything from the assistant manager who took my order. she looked miserable and I haven’t particularly been having the best day myself but I still try to keep a good attitude towards others who didn’t do anything, at least a smile would have been nice. she then proceeded to give me the wrong order and when she gave it to me just slid it on the counter and turned right back around and continued making coffee. Of course I didn’t pick the drink up since it wasn’t what I ordered and another employee noticed and helped make me the correct order. When the woman who took my order gave me the new drink, she did the same thing again just slid it on the counter and whipped right back around to making coffee (keep in mind the line had like two people in line).
