I was very impressed with the quality of the food and customer service i received here. It's a little bit of a wait but so worth it. Nothing beats a fresh, hot and well made sandwich. Not to mention the customer service was outstanding. left there with a smile. Also went back the next two days and will happily go back.

They got all of my order wrong, then proceeded to try to argue with me. Then took all of my bags back trying to say I’m lying then after they realized I was right they were still trying to argue and slamming the drive thru door shut. Worst place.

As much as I love Wendy's, this particular one is slow. Spent over 30 mins in drive thru

WORST VISIT EVER! I bought a salad n it was discussing, the lettuce in the salad smell bad a taste bitter. I used to work there never onces i remembered that the food was bad. I can say that I'm never eating food at Wendy's anymore the one in Bradford. Such a disappointment ☹☹. The serve me the salad on two covers no bowl with the salad.

The level of service and quality at a number of different Wendy's that I've been to lately has gone downhill.

Slowest Wendy's in existence. The only plus side is after waiting 40 minutes for a mobile pickup in the drive thru at least my order was correct.

Ignored a room full of people waiting including a child with disabilities and a pregnant woman. Not a great store

Very bad experience. Over 25 minutes to get to the screen to submit my order. Then once I got there. Had to wait other 5 minutes. Then had to wait more at the window. Finally got my order: it was cold. There were only rwo girls working, I can say because of that, they did a good job, but Wendy's owner needs to hire more help. Thank you.
