Worst service ever. Never again! My family has been ordering from this place for a while now, and before today the chicken they sent was good! But on one occasion before today’s orden it tasted like it was old… but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today we order a roasted Chicken, with fried plantains, and longaniza. The plantains were way to greasy, and hard. We specifically asked for the chicken not to be cut, but they did what they wanted, they sent us portions of different Chicken and it tasted like old chicken. (What chicken has three wings, maybe the added an extra portion because they knew how old the chicken was… I don’t know but it was disgusting) On top of that both the chicken and the fried plantains were cold and mind you is a five minute drive from this place to our house. The only thing that was good was the longaniza. You feel ashamed of yourself for thinking this is right.

Literally a whole in a house with good Dominican food. I ordered some fried pork (chicharon) with fried plantains and fried sweet potato (batata). Everything tasted fresh abd recently cooked. The prices as with most Dominican food joints was average and affordable. You can have the whole family eat for about $40. Highly recommend this little spot.

You want some bomb spanish food that reminds you of a home cooked meal ? Cheap, delicious . 20 bucks will get you so much here . You could feed a family of 4 or 5 with 20 bucks . Try that anywhere else and let me know the quality of the food . El tipico is doing it right good food good people good prices.

I personally really like the food from here, super Spanish, I know it's a very popular place because of their wide range of varieties. It's more of a takeout kind of atmosphere, but they also have seating a available with table service (like booths). Not fancy or stylish at all but if food is what your looking for, this is a great option. They also make their own natural juices

My first time experiencing this type of cuisine, and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise! My plate had many sampling of what they offer here, Loved it all! From bbq ribs to sausage, best sausage I have ever eaten! When I finished my plate my dining companion treated me to a take home plate of other offerings I wanted to try. Can't wait to sample more! My only criticism would be that they spruce up the dining area a bit. If you like trying new cuisines or are just looking for a great Columbian restaurant this is a great choice.
