Gourmeyeur

This review is long overdue. I have been a loyal customer for over 9 years, and I can truly say that the quality, consistency and service has been exceptional since day one. I am so very pleased to see how le Gourmeyeur has grown throughout the years; expanding their product offerings, services and menus. I have referred many friends and family, and they all feel the same as I do; best food and best quality. My favorites include any and every tartar on the menu, the tuna tataki, sesame salmon and all of the side dishes. I especially look forward to the exclusive special occasion menus (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day...) where head Chef Jerome prepares meticulously curated meals to mark the occasion. And please, don’t forget to stop by the boutique where you can purchase top quality meats when looking to create your own meals at home.

We hired Gourmeyeur to cater 2 events at our home. We were very pleased with the quality and variety of the dishes. The service staff was very efficient and friendly to our guests. The chef prepared wonderful, flavourful food and left our kitchen cleaner than when they found it. The team gave us the opportunity to enjoy being with our guests. We would not hesitate to have Gourmeyeur cater our future events.

I was looking for a nice meal for myself and my wife for st-valentine's day and was a bit last minute. I saw the gourmeyeur had a Valentine's day menu. I sent a message through the web site and got a call from the owner, Jerome, who was very courteous. I was able to get a 6-course meal at 5:30 pm on Valentine's day, when other restaurants which were offering velentine's day menus would not even take my order at that point. There were a few items which weren't available but Jerome made sure that he could make me a special meal anyway. He carefully explained how to prepare the meal and threw in a couple extras. The meal was absolutely delicious and my wife couldn't have been happier. It was as good as having an haute cuisine meal at the restaurant!
