This particular Burger King at Tremont and Park Street in Boston is the one I like. I go to a Burger King maybe twice a year and I like the service here and the food is cooked right. And when I ask for sauces, no one charges me extra or gives me a hard time. This Burger King serves customers from all walks of life, from all different types of financial situations, yet the employees are nice to everyone.

Why 5 stars after getting a burger with no patty... because we are human, mistakes are made.. and BB the manager handles herself like an absolute gem . I have worked in another restaurant up from this Burger King for 10 years... burger King has finally hired the right style of staff.. Bravo BB. I let her know about my burger she rectified it without question, so bought 2 more burgers as good will. All 3 burger piping hot and very tasty . 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Got the rodeo burger and few other items this was lit felt clean even tho it fast food good spot located right outside the train station.

Pretty fast service and they have a computer ordering system which really lets you customize your food, which is great.

Disappointing. The quality of the beef not up to Burger King standard. Tasted grainy, without the usual savory flavor. As if it had been frozen and refrozen or stored too long. Given the number of burger joints in this area, you’d think they’d lift their game. But no.

I drive for GrubHub and just arrived to pick up an order which consisted of a original chicken value meal and a pie. This place has no drive-thru so it’s main focus should be counter service. The manager informed me that it would be a 10 min wait. I worked for Burger King for 19 years and was a general manager and I know to cook a chicken fresh takes under 4 min and under 3 min to cook the fries. So tell me why am I waiting 10 min? They aren’t even busy!!!!!

Super friendly staff every time. And the food is BK, so that's great, too.

Though BK website and google say they close at 10pm, they stop seating people at 9pm. They made us leave though it was more than 30 mins until 10pm
