Mcdonald's

This is a nice McDonald's and is very clean, well kept, modern, and friendly. The staff brought the food to our table since we are in the restaurant. This is in contrast with other fast food restaurants that just call your name or order number. I believe this extra service is a very nice touch especially for fast food. The food was good. Got a chicken sandwich and it was quite good. The hamburgers that the rest in my party were also quite good. Shakes were really good. Got the mint shake and it was quite refreshing. Thank you for a nice meal, with quick and friendly service!

I don’t know why I ever go here but was in a hurry and hungry. The Big Mac was cold and all over the box. They didn’t even try to stack it all on the bun. Cold fries and paid for but didn’t get the Apple fritter I ordered. I haven’t complained about the cost of things increasing but at least it’s supposed to be in the bag. Planning on calling the manager to either get my money refunded on the missing item or pick one up tomorrow. Do you think I’ll get a free coffee for my grief? LOL

The Worst McDonalds in western PA. Every time I order in the Drive Through, it seems that the purposely mess up my food. Last night I ordered two regular cheese burgers for my son and when we got home, one cheeseburger had no patty and the other had half a patty outside the bun. I wouldn’t doubt that the employees do even worse at this location as no one here seems to care. I called and left a message but no call back from a manager yet. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Just had the worst customer service ever. First of all, the sidewalk into the building literally had 1/2 inch of solid ice on it. No salt at all. Then it took 14 minutes to get two happy meals. 20 minutes for my daughter's order of two sandwiches and large fries. I tried to redeem reward points for my order but HAD to use the kiosk. I asked for help but the employee out front said "I don't really know how you use points" Then she walked 10 feet away and got yelled at for spending one minute listening to my question. The girl yelling at her said "it's not our fault if they don't know what they're doing." Are you kidding me!! Also, no "sorry for your wait" or "thanks for waiting". Just handed us our food in silence. Wow! Everyone there was being treated the same way. Someone came in because their drive thru order was wrong. When he told the cashier she said nothing and just shrugged. Obviously this young girl needs training so in part I blame management. But, the entire staff seemed to not care about anything.

This is one of my least favorite McDonald's restaurant. McDonald's is always good for great and fast service but this location is the exception. Everytime I come in here it seems like they are understaffed and the order takes forever. Most locations would get a 3 or 4 star but this location cant get a rating that high. They have updated recently I added some photos.

Worst Mc Donald's I've been in. Touch screens didn't work right. Chicken sandwiches were over cooked. Incidents with help mopping floors, way too much water, plus she knocked one customer's food off table If you're going to have mentally challenged people working in a business like McDonald's they need leadership, management seemed to be non existent. Don't believe I'll be frequenting this place again.
