Jack In The Box

this Jack in the box location was not bad, it had much better service than the Jack in the box on cactus Road, pretty fast and friendly... we tried the new cook chicken sandwich, my wife was extremely disappointed because she did not ask for the deluxe, she just got a regular old cruddy chicken sandwich...however I spotted that there was a deluxe and asked for it and my sandwich was amazing... guacamole bacon added jalapenos fantastic!!!!

I was there today 11/12/2020 @ 11:34am I had received a coupon via text for a Large homestyle ranch chicken club combo for $5. When I ordered through drive thru, I let them know that I had this coupon on text. When I drove up to the window, the lady seemed peeved that she had to look at my phone; then just handed it back saying "this is only through the app". Well the coupon clearly states to show coupon to redeem and that it is not valid on mobile app or delivery. I was on my lunch hour and did not have time to sit there and get her to honor the coupon. Not only did she not honor the coupon, but she put in the order as a small. I paid full price for an error, stale fries, and something smaller than i requested.
