Dunkin' Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I've ever been to. Not only are they getting new employees every week, they are all lazy and when they get decent workers, they disappear! I been here too many times and that's because it's right near my house and I always think they are going to be better but nope! I order the same coffee every time and each time it's different! Some days it's sweet, some days it's so bitter I have to add cream! Are they not trained to know how to make the coffees on their menu? Also, every time I order food they screw it up! A while back I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they gave me an egg with onions and peppers in it! Just today, I order the same thing, bacon egg and cheese croissant and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese croissant that was burnt! What is wrong with these people!? No matter how many times you tell them they messed up, they don't care! Take your money elsewhere! I wish I did!

I usually visit this store every weekend, but I'm not anymore. I order my coffee a certain way for a reason.. I'm not going to pay for something I don't want, so I will no longer be going to this location. They always screw it up, no matter how specific I am. Customers beware! Don't order your coffee how you want it, leave it up to them and they might get it right. Would rate it zero stars if I could for all the bad experiences I've had here.
