Denny's

"WORST SERVICE EVER!" If I could give this place negative stars, I would. From using arrival, waitresses were going out of their way to not make eye contact. When we got seated, they took 10 minutes to take a drink order. The waitress came by 10 minutes later to take our order. We patiently waited for our food 30 minutes later, still nothing. I had to remind waitress we were still there. Other people that came in after us were seated, had order taken, and food brought out. I would understand if the place was crowded, but it wasn't. I still can't understand these people lackadaisical attitudes towards customers! "Will never go back to this location again!"

I am only rating 2 star's because the chicken that I got was warm but everything else in the plate was cold and had very little flavor. I had gotten coffee to drink and the first cup was warm and the second cup thank goodness was hot. The restaurant was dirty very few tables were clean, floors had food under the tables. I will not be coming back to this place ever again.

We got our lunch yesterday here and some of it I noticed was burnt and didn't taste right. So I let the server know and she said ok I will let them know and bring you another one. And someone else brought my newer one and this one wasn't burnt and was very good. That is why I am very happy about this visit. 😊 They did great 👍 We even came back for dinner. And that was good as well.

Shake tastes like water, literally. Have you ever had a waitress decide what to put on your order instead of coming to ask the customer? I have for the first time in my life. Really.? When you choose what someone spends their money on you are wrong even if you guess correctly. I'm not a regular and this isn't Mel's diner. Changing rating from 1 to 3 because I've eaten here so many times and never had an issue that caused me to leave without eating.

This was first time I Feel my burger wasn't right I always eat here. Seemed like the burger was heated in microwave it was very hot to eat and sooo much oil dripping it tasted oily and hot ,I've been to restaurants where they make burger fresh in front of you wasn't this hot . Unless my burger was microwaved which am not paying 56$ for food in Dennys for a microwaved food. Not good this time

As a fellow expeditor, I try to get what's most convenient to me. I've ate here numerous times as I'm always coming through Laredo & they're always a hit or miss. Portions are small, food is not hot, you NEVER get refills on your drinks either. You get your first initial drink and that's it. I am not gonna tip you good if the service isn't good.. it's just that simple.

I really don't have a nice experience at my visit to my favor restaurant Dennys at Eloy, AZ (inside Flying J). Jennifer L, the lady who took my order with very unprofessional attitude took my order and I asked for everything I need, when each order came with bread, sauce, etc. She never back to asked me if I need something. Of course I need more ice tea and napkin. I love to eat a Dennys. I stopped at different places. TX, NM, AZ, CA, OK and I have a very nice experience. Please give to the customer the best service. 👌 Thanks
